I just want to see a cross between ssx3 and tricky on ps3. With splitscreen mode in online would be cool :) or if not atleast inculde both cos racing my bro was the best on these 2 games.

splitscreen online would not be cool and would be totally unnecessary as online doesn't need to stream you and stream what other players are doing in different areas.

I think it would be cool, but i think you're right, unnesessary. As long as there was still splitscreen

This maybe be quite demanding, but i think it's possible:

Online:
- 10 people in a room min
- Disallow the ability to press 'select' - basically so no-one can abuse the system by always taking worm holes and glitches and bugs.
- Have ranked races and freestlye. With leaderboards
- Have unranked races and freestlye - just for fun.
- If someone knocks u down u should lose your combo.
- Have leaderboards for best freestlyes and races (only resgistering online times and runs)
- Have a points system like Burnout paradise - the ability to lose and gain points depending on whether u win or lose.

Characters:
I'd like to see a mixture of old and new characters. There should be atleast 20. And u should go against other older characters. I don't see the point in 'cheat character'. Just let us race them or be them how they come.
- they should say things like they do in Tricky.
- They should have some kind of realisism like they had in Tricky - and not a 12 year old Griff.

Tracks
I reckon they should have loads of little mountains with maybe a couple of events on each across the world. Like a showoff and a race in Canada they say Elise Is meant to rule (in the same way that Mac rules peak 1 on ssx3) and then a big air and a race in Norway, and then a superpipe a race, and a slopestlye all on one peak in the Alps. I think u get the picture... And it would mean that every peak would be different.

ON the whole, i think if EA just make a next gen ssx like Tricky or/and ssx 3 then they can't go wrong.

how about tracks around the world so we can see Hiro CRASH THROUGH A MAID CAFE! we could also introduce new characters, have online play, new tracks, and have DJ Atomika as a cheat character!

They really should specialize the next SSX for online play. That's what made SSX3 so fun.

I agree with reventon about online play. Too add some stuff:
- leaderboards for best race times/freestyle scores (weekly, monthly, all time)
- leaderboards for rankings of players
- overall ranking in game (some kind of point system for wins/losses)
- players have individual profiles of their best times/scores (and maybe replays that you can watch), and other statistics (games played, wins/losses/ties, points made, highest combo, best combo, etc.)
- up to 4-6 people in a game at once! this is a must have!!
- friends list
- messaging system
- chat rooms, lobby, etc
- don't allow people to knockdown each other right at the start of races. that started many arguments back in ssx3. :P
- obviously remove wormholes and glitches or else online play will be ruined. if more wormholes/glitches are found and are used in online play, EA should have staff that removes those times/scores and patch the game or something so that the glitches are removed.
- keep the character customization like in SSX3 (making it better would be even more awesome), it will add fun to online play.

I'd agree with most of these except for a few things.

Racing should be done with the shadowing similar to Forza racing so you just go through the person. Just remove punches, no need for them.

Freestyle should either be done the same as racing, or be done one at a time. Also slope style multipliers should be removed or respawn instantly so runs can be fair.

I wouldn't agree with a ranking for win/loss ratio because it leads to people disconnecting or playing once or more and making a new account.

Replays I would leave optional to players. Alp and others would agree, if a run remains secret the game lasts longer, if everyone copies a line eventually the fastest way is found too quickly. This makes players quit sooner to play other games.

Then disconnects could count as an automatic loss. Also, maybe when you make an account you have to register with an email address or something so that you can only make 1 account. This type of ranking just adds so much more to the online experience :woot

i say we have all the characters from the first 3 SSXs ( :mad bring back Marisol!!) and have Music from around the world so we can hear some ASIAN KUNG FU GENERATION! (Asian kungfu generation is this AWESOME japanese band!)

AKFG is pretty rad. Check out older Art School (start with the song, "Evil"). Syrup 16g is good J-rock, as well.

also, EA, if you aren't going to develop Skye, Tyson, or Sid, DITCH THEM AND GO BACK TO BRODI, EDDIE, AND MARISOL! :frusty and if possible (It probably will), you can bring back the characters from the 1st three SSX's so we can see Griff again!

Oh, how could I have possibly forgotten to mention this:
STICK TO SSX TRICKY/SSX 3 STYLES! Get rid of those ridiculous monster tricks from On Tour/Blur. Get rid of the motion blur from On Tour. Go back to the awesome experience that SSX 3 gave us all. I haven't played Tricky, but it seems like 50% of people want the next generation of SSX to go back to Tricky style, and 50% want to go back to SSX 3 style. So why not do a combination? I hope EA reads these boards.

Leno, there were and are lots of these threads made, sadly EA never listened to them, we gave them good advice about the game after SSX3 and after OT. They made OT and Blur, which weren't like we asked, not even close to SSX3.....

Gondee sent lots of mails to EA when SSX Tricky and SSX3 were out, now they don't respond or listen to our warnings. But when the time is there they'll listen I hope, for them ^^
