I have made a tool that can import custom music to SSX 3. It is called SuperSX. It is currently a prototype and have some limitations. You are required to adapt your music in a predefined way using existing songs as a template. The toll is mainly for PlayStation 2 and GameCube, but PS2 version can also work with XBOX.
