Ever since I picked up this game at 5 years of age, I always wondered who the "Your Pal" accessory was supposed to resemble. Who is that supposed to be?

It looks like a caricature of a fez monkey. As for why it's in the game, oh man, I have no idea. Back in 2003 I might have asked the dude who made it, but he's long gone from EA at this point. :heh

Wait, I think I figured it out. In SSX Tricky's Snowdream track, there are balloons you can pop by jumping high enough. One of them looks like the "Your Pal" accessory.
