Nope, there is no difference, everyone has the same set of stats this time around. Max at 11 or 10, I forget, for each character after you fill them all.

The only difference is the bolt on's and clothes which add nothing to any of the attributes.

Black hoodie(down) but usually I have Ka-Rash (the red one with the "BIG" sign on it).
The original pants, they are called Going In.
I cant remember the shoes, but I have the bedhead haircut and boxing gloves (usually) with hand flares. And the board, I usually have the SSX 2000, but I am using the other cooler looking ones.

my fave is Griff. Griff has the ssx 3000 board then has the "space" outfit on.Then Pysmon (i like psymon better in tricky cuz of his hair and voice) so i put the edddie skin on psymon then i try to get as many old tricks that "the kid" used and yha its preety darn sweet

my first favorite is mac. i have the black pants and the black hoodie with flaming head, backpack and the FBX board (it is awesome), great job FirebrandX,.
