When I don't have an entry validated and i am in a tie, should the player that got the validated same score as me be ahead because there is proof.

Oh, and can you delete my Gravitude run, gondee, it is fake (because it has milliseconds, you don't get that in 3, i will submit my solid run)

He's not really ahead, he's tied. I think the scoreboard just puts the newer score higher up. I can see about changing that.

I will delete your score when I get the chance.

I have a question, can I use Teleports in Metro City on the scoreboard?

Yeah, you can. They were implemented in the game for the race. It's not like it's game breaking like a wormhole or any other type of glitch so they're fine to use.

The phone booths were intended by the developers for use, so they are legal on the scoreboard. Thanks for answering Spoofs.

But yeah, I wonder if there can be like special mastery races like with races where you are not allowed teleports or resets. That would be awesome but the scoreboard's good enough.

Those sorts of things have to be tracked some other way than by the scoreboard - primarily because each "category" of run can all have different criteria and would then require a different scoreboard. For example, I've seen clean runs all have different sets of criteria (no telephone booths, yes telephone booths, yes select shortcuts, no select shortcuts) etc.

Every time someone else has a problem with whatever completely subjective criteria was proposed for a particular category, a new category would need to be made. The result would be a scoreboard with SO many tracks it would be too confusing for your average user. And to be fair - sticking to this rule has cost me a few users, some of whom were extremely angry that I wouldn't kowtow to their request.

The biggest one recently was the wingsuit on the SSX 2012 scoreboard. People wanted a separate set of all the racing tracks (like 60 of them) for wingsuit and non-wingsuit. Unfortunately I had to decline this, because it would require video verification for every single scoreboard entry and that was too prohibitive for me. I had users get irate and leave the board over that.

Ahhhhh, I understand now. To be honest, I thought the idea would be hard to handle from the start. Best to keep the runs clean with the average rules rather than restricting the rules such as not allowing teleports etc.

Although I'd bet most people would challenge others with their own set of rules kinda like changing rules on the SSX 3 rules menu on single event for restrictions and etc. but their scores wouldn't be recorded like on the scoreboard where there is fair competition.

Aswell, there's too many possibilities. For all that could happen, there could be a scoreboard for each character and they have their own separate scores. That would be a waste of time to implement since mostly characters on SSX have less skills than others so they won't get used in scores which is probably why Mac/Marty is OP on SSX Tricky and a players choice.
