i saw a youtube video of the 911 incident and a little girls voice played over the scenes. as she was "talking to her dad" it made me think of loosing someone special like my own dad and inspired me to jot down this poem.

My Dad Was Happy

My dad was tall
My dad was happy
My dad was strong
My dad was happy
My dad was creative
My dad was happy
My dad was beautiful
My dad was happy
Even when my dad was sad
My dad was happy
My dad was my best friend
And my dad was happy
And because my dad was so happy
That was what made me happy too


(teary) My dad is still alive and well but this is how i would feel if i ever lost him :)

Awww. It's great. People should really pay more attention to dads. Everyone's like "YOUR MOM!". How about "YOUR DAD!" Lolz. I equally love both of my parents. :)
