Does anyone else wonder what the truth is about Zoe's past? a lot of me and my friends reckon she was an orphan or soemthnig or she had soem really bad childhood cause she is the only character where it states NOTHING about where she comes from, it just says "america" and that's it, no hints about what state or how she grew up apart from getting into mountain biking n moto cross (or is it dirt bike?) at some point. in the first SSX she had a slight southern accent but then in tricky n SSX 3 her accent was changed cause they got bif naked doing her voice (not that i'm complianing) but agai nit kind of erased any evidence of a past. i mean why else does she crave to stand out out all the time and act so wild and independent and have such a strong woman attitude?

I don't know...weird question, maybe it'll be answered if she gets revealed today.

that's a good question, i suppose. as i'm sure people at EA find this irrelevant and probably not worth paying attention to, it would be interesting to know this stuff. i wouldn't be surprised if she was an orphan, or a daddy's girl. if i had to guess which state she came from i would say.... somewhere on the east coast? maybe like upstate New York? somewhere close to a city but far enough away where she can do crazy shit and get away with it.

what was that show on MTV or something with travis pastrana and all of his friends doing crazy things? something circus? i believe she'd fit in perfectly.

yeah i had that thought at one point too, she certainly had that accent in the first SSX but then bif naked's accent came in and her voice changed too much...one of my mate's wrote this backstory for her; she was born an oprhan, as just Zoe, Payne was a name she gave herself when she became famous cause she had no surname. and the reason she keeps gonig to the extreme is to keep busy really, forget her past.

but whatever the case Zoe is super cool and hot, she is probably the only video game character i could possibly claim to have the hots for.

Payne is a fucking awesome second name. Anyone with that name instantly is supreme ruler of the universe with epic win.

i totally agree with u, that's why my mate reckoned it would be the sort of name she might give to herself (if that were her backstory) Zoe is my favorite character of all time, so hot, so awesome, so sassy, a bad ass rocker chick who i would never have the guts to talk to were she real but...i'd instantly respect her all the same

but what i really love is the way she is so independent and always wears bizarre stuff to stand out.

i think i remember putting payne on a christmas pressy address one year, was a while ago so I can quite remember if thats quite right

thanks, i have actually written some SSX fanfiction haven't written one about Zoe's past specifically yet but...i might, SSX fanfiction is hilarious but you have to be pretty flexible with the way people view things. i'll send the link if u want, this place does fanfiction for pretty much anything but this is the SSX area.
