Naw, fan art fiction is fine, it's not always terribly busy, and allowing people to post non-SSX art fosters a better sense of community.

hey gondee i just noticed that u can view the results for a poll before u vote. is there a way to make it where u can't see them until u have voted. looking at the results i would think would possibly sway your decision!

You mean like you can choose whether someone can see the results before they vote or not? Hmm...not sure. I'll check into it.

one thing i hhave seen at a few different forums is where on the main forum page (where it shows all the topics) it will put a lil icon or something by the topic title if i have posted in that thread. its pretty cool lil feature. just a thought~

I have a wierd request. KrazyGreen does not visit GravBar anymore, but some of her posts still excist in many topics. The problem is, her avatar i unavailable and have turned into a 240 pixlar wide... thing.... It's kinda annoying, if you ask me. So.... Could you guys change her avatar or something?

I know it exists, I've seen it on a phpbb board, the problem is it's just one little feature wrapped up in a big ass hack (that's the way it usually is), or I'd have to install a separate style. I'm seeing if someone can isolate the feature so I can install it on our other themes. |

I try to limit the size of the pictures on the shop because the top three in a users list is displayed in their profile page. Plus if you've submitted fanart to the board through the gallery, your fanart appears in your profile as well as thumbnails I think. |

Oh yeah, but if I like royanks fanart for example, and maybe want to have his work in my profile/inventory as well.... it would be a good idea. But of course, if it takes too much space, it is not necessary.

Titan, I tried that "topics you've posted in code", and it worked like a charm. I'll install it after I've updated the board to the newest version, hopefully tonight.

What do you mean vix? Do you mean you can pick certain pieces and have it show up in your gallery, even if they aren't done by you? If so, there's isn't at this point. Our method of having pieces which you "own" appear in your profile was a special hack written because one of the phpbb>gallery2 integrators thought it was a really interesting idea when I brought it up.  I had to work with him on the code for ours until it worked and now that it does I'm extremely pleased.
For your questions about the shop, yeah, there are some new things that came out. Thoul has solved per-store templates, so you can have a different layout in a particular shop if you'd like. He's also created a hack that lets you give everyone an item if you feel like it (for X-mas and what not, lol). He says he's working on a slot machine too, though I'm not sure if we need that.

Yeah, if you liked a piece of art, you choose to favorite it and a thumbnail would appear in your profile under a section for favorites. As far as the shop goes, any new worthy effects? or jobs/lottery hack? |

I thought initially no but it looks like Zarath, the guy who wrote the shop mod, has started up again with Shop mods, take a look: http://www.zarath.com/mods.php?action=mods Any of that stuff interesting to you? (And useful?) I've installed the "Topics You posted in" feature on the SSX theme. It takes a while to make new icons and tailor the themes so I'm taking it one theme at a time. |

I laughed at that too...it does seem a little silly but it could be funny. We'lre called the Gravitude Bar, we might as well have one!
I'll take a look at the auction and user shops if you'd like, it'll have to be after I finish up the hack for Titan and redo the header on the Grav classic theme a little. |

Okay, I updated the Grav Classic theme to have the "topics you've posted in" hacks - you'll see a simple blue dot on the topics you've posted in. I also changed the header around to make it a bit cleaner and have less graphics (a little quicker to download.) Now it's easier to update too.
