You mean whom they have a crush on? In Blur and SSX 2012 there wasnt any characters relations at all, so I can only express my thoughts with the help of the first four games.

Well let's start with the obvious.
Officially in the first three games, Kaori's always had a crush on Mac. Even though Mac seems to like Kaori too, its never been shown if they actually dated or something. However, in On Tour when Kaori's "all grown up", she started to hangout with doucheface Sid. And since Mac never seemed to care, perhaps there really never was anything between Mac and Kaori.

Zoe and Moby have always been very close, but its never been stated anywhere in-game that they might also have special feelings for each other. After On Tour they moved in together, so that might give an answer to the long-time mystery surrounding their "friendship". You never know.

Psymon on the other hand obviously had a little crush on Zoe, which has been indirectly stated in-game.

Elise and Brodi are shown to be good friends, but that's about it.

Oh, I completley forgot Zoe and Moby moved in with each other, I just remerbered that in the ending of on tour, it says Zoe builds bikes with Moby or something like that. Thanks for reminding me about that. Also, which game were Elise and Brodi friends? In tricky, I think Brodi's partner was Kaori, and Elise's partner was Eddie.
