You know what's not exciting? The fact that I'm gonna pick this up and Soul Caliber 3 ... so that's almost $120 right there and then ... what? 6-7 days later I'ma have to pick up the XBox360 and get 1-2 games for that ... Jesus.
Money is a precious thing for people like me, especially when you're unemployed.

For me the rest of September and October are going to be pretty expensive as well. I'm getting SSX: OT, the new Soulfly CD, High Tension DVD, Anansi Boys in hardcover, I will drive all the way to Detroit area on Friday to see Mirrormask, Serenity is finally coming out so I'll see that and I also need to see Corpse Bride, A History of Violence (looks a bit stupid but I worship Cronenberg so it's a must), Stay, and Three ... Extremes.

Ugh man, tell me about it. I've got On Tour, just got Lost Season 1 on DVD, I'm going 3 ways on an XBox 360 with my dad and his girlfriend, I'm saving money for a school trip to Italy in February, another school trip to NYC in November. Not to mention the money I need to be saving if I'm going to be getting a car when I get my liscence...I don't have to buy one because we have an extra, but I still pay for insurance and gas...
Anyway, back on topic...I'm so stoked for this game it's not even funny. Sure it might end up to be disappointing, but I'm still super excited for it.

...I'm seriously considering getting a part time job at one of the vid game stores here just so I can take advantage of any employee discount there would be available...! That, plus I need a small job right now, and well...I think it'd be about the best retail place to work at! Yeah...we all need to find a money tree somewhere and help ourselves for our expensive gaming habbit...

i feel sorry for you poor people. i planned my money a few months ago and worked out how much more i could spend. it turns out that when i buy the game, i can also buy an Xbox controller!!! in england it comes out on the 21st - that's a friday, but in america it's meant to be comin out on the 18th, which is a tuesday(?)

I know ive been gone for a while but Mario? Luigi? wtf happened, i sure missed something pretty big. SSX is still being made by EAbig right? im at college now (without a ps2 to boot) but i thought id check up on my favorite place since ive been hearing some stuff about the new ssx. any word on fixed "bugs" like tapping and multiple monsters in one jump etc.?

Im going to Brigham Young University in Utah. Im sure ill find someone here with a ps2 and if not i can just do the real thing cause im like within an hour of some of the best ski resorts in North America. But yeah i have so much free time and i dont have a tv in my dorm so posting on merqury city should give me somethin to do. ill make sure to stop by a little more frequently, hows that sound
